Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied. This policy covers returns and refunds for Inacsible (INACCESSIBLE LIMITED). Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Eligibility
Most unused items in original condition with tags and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless marked non-returnable. Items must not be worn, washed or altered.
How to start a return
Email support@inacsible.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions—do not ship without contacting us first.
Refunds
After inspection we refund the original payment method where possible, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping may be non-refundable unless we erred or law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
Often the fastest path is refund plus a new order; ask us about exchanges.
Faulty or wrong items
Contact us with photos and your order number; we will replace or refund, including reasonable return postage where appropriate.
